His roles and responsibilities are to work closely with the CEO and the board of directors to help with the growth of the group, and to help the integration of the businesses to build trust and reliability in performance. This will help the Group achieve its goals of providing leading advisory and support services to its customers and stakeholders.

About Richard Waumsley

Richard Waumsley began his career with KPMG within Audit services, qualifying as an ACA (ICAEW) Chartered Accountant, covering mainly industrial SME clients across a number of different sectors as well as working with Public Sector bodies. Following this he moved to David Brown Santasalo, working within the Group Finance team to help bring together a number of businesses with private equity ownership that previously were operating as separate groups, as part of a major merger in 2016. He helped the successful sale of the Group to a new investment group, spending 11 years with DBS overall, holding Finance Director roles at Group level as well as in its largest operating business.
