About Millie Josephs

As Talent Acquisition Resourcer, Millie works closely with hiring managers across the business to identify talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and support efficient, compliant, and inclusive recruitment processes. She plays an important role in attracting the people who will help drive the continued growth and success of Cura Terrae, ensuring candidates receive a professional and engaging experience from initial contact through to onboarding.

Before moving into recruitment, Millie began her career in scientific and laboratory environments, gaining experience across biotechnology, diagnostics, and academic research. She has since built experience in both in-house and agency recruitment, combining her scientific background with a people-focused approach to identifying and engaging high-quality talent.
