Vicky leads the Cura Terrae Group’s people function at a Group level, with overall accountability for the development and execution of the Group’s People Strategy. Working in partnership with senior leaders and supported by a team of Business Partners, she ensures the organisation’s people, culture, and capability are aligned to the Group’s strategic objectives and positioned to support sustainable growth.

About Vicky Fearnley

Vicky has over 20 years generalist, senior-level HR experience across a range of industry sectors, including professional services, retail, and most recently, telecoms. Vicky’s career began after the completion of her BA (Hons) degree in Human Resources Management at Northumbria University, and she has supported growing and evolving SMEs with their transformation journeys since. She has significant experience in leading diverse and capable teams, covering Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Payroll, Learning and Development, and HR Operations.
