As Chief Operating Officer, Zoe provides the operational leadership needed to support sustainable growth, helping to build a workplace where people can do their best work through smarter, collaborative processes. By partnering with leaders across the Group and supporting the IT and HSEQ teams, she ensures the business has the right systems, support, and governance in place to enable high performance, maintain a safe working environment, and foster an engaged, collaborative culture.

Zoe began her career in financial services before qualifying as a solicitor. Over the past 15+ years, she has held a range of operational leadership roles focused on helping organisations work more effectively and efficiently. Her experience spans both SMEs and large corporates, where she has developed a strong track record of improving operational performance, strengthening governance, and turning strategic ambition into practical delivery. She has also led operational integration for acquisitions, both before and after completion.
