Cura Terrae Air (formerly Enviro Technology Services) is proud to announce the appointment of Felicity Sharp as Managing Director, marking an exciting new chapter for the business.
Felicity is a highly respected figure in the environmental monitoring and air quality sector, with more than 20 years of experience spanning the UK, Europe, and Australia. She has built her career with a strong commercial foundation, moving into senior leadership roles where she successfully grew businesses, strengthened partnerships, and brought innovative air quality solutions to market. She has held senior positions at Ecotech/Acoem in both Australia and France, led Acoem’s UK teams through periods of significant change and growth as Managing Director and most recently worked with Palas, a key supplier to Cura Terrae Air, deepening her international expertise and sector connections.
Felicity is passionate about advancing air quality monitoring technologies and supporting customers in tackling environmental challenges. Her knowledge, industry insight, and proven leadership make her ideally placed to guide Cura Terrae Air into its next phase of growth.

Her appointment follows the decision by Duncan Mounsor to step down as Managing Director after an incredible 35 years with the company, including the last decade leading Cura Terrae Air. Duncan has played a pivotal role in guiding the business into the Cura Terrae family and setting it on a strong path for the future. He will remain with the business in the short term to support a smooth transition.
