Kirsty works closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement, streamline processes, and maintain high-performing payroll operations. She also supports the group’s annual ESG submissions and key projects, including payroll and HR system implementation, alongside overseeing vehicle and fleet management. She worked at Royal Mail for 12 years in HR Services, followed by obtaining further experience in different recruitment roles and end-to-end payroll. Kirsty is very ambitious and loves a challenge.
