We’re now looking for an experienced and proactive Information Systems Technician to join our Central Services IS team to assist with management and development of IT infrastructure.

About the Information Systems Technician role

Based from our Sheffield Head Office, the role involves working across Group companies directly with the Group Information Systems Manager; and handling the day-to-day operations. You will assist in delivering the Information Systems strategy which, as we grow and evolve as an organisation, will involve new and exciting IT projects and relevant IT and business systems improvement.

This will include evaluating the different business processes that Cura Terrae Group companies operate, assessing Information Systems against the requirements of the business, and playing a key part in the effective rollout and integration of new systems and software. The position requires regular communication with colleagues and suppliers; supporting people and departments by offering Information Systems guidance.

We’re looking for someone with prior experience in a similar role, who comfortably embraces changes in a dynamic and growing business, provides exceptional support to colleagues, and who is driven to support the effective delivery of new and evolving information systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact on the business’ information systems whilst developing your own personal product and service knowledge. We hope to speak with applicants who already have a good working knowledge of the following technologies:

  • M365 (inc. admin), Active directory
  • Basic networking skills (DHCP / DNS) – Routers, firewalls & Switches
  • Azure environment
  • CRM & ERP systems
