About Yvette Whitwam

Yvette is a firm believer in the power of good people management and leadership to boost employee engagement, motivation and retention. She has 16 years’ experience in HR in a wide range of sectors and brings a wealth of organisational development and employee relations experience.

Yvette is currently studying for her Level 7 CIPD Diploma. She is also trained in Mental Health First Aid Supervision and Workplace Mediation.

Yvette has two sons and a tortoise, and when she’s not busy with work and study she runs, makes art, and plays in a clarinet ensemble.
