Rebecca is responsible for managing Cura Terrae’s talent acquisition, including staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, curating company culture, HR procedures, and market research.

About Rebecca Teagle

Rebecca’s long-term plan with Cura Terrae is to add Talent Development responsibilities to her role and support all the businesses to implement and drive this forward.

Rebecca’s focus on talent is strategic, but she is still very hands on – between her and Arron they place all recruitment advertising, screen potential candidates, guide hiring managers, build candidate offers, draw up contracts, and ensure a fantastic experience for all prospective hires.

Rebecca has worked in various sectors of recruitment, sales, and welfare for over 15 years. She joined Ecus in 2018 and built their recruitment function from scratch being the only HR member of staff.

Rebecca has two children, two cats and three dogs. During lockdown she fostered 21 dogs. She regularly competes in 10k runs, sometimes taking one of her dogs with her.
